Middle-earth meets the modern world.

Working with Amazon, we created the 3D billboard campaign for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, bringing the dark forces of Middle-earth to life above some of the world’s busiest city streets. Our team produced the full CG animation, featuring Orcs and a Troll bursting through a crumbling stone wall, designed specifically for the huge dual-screen “Godzilla” and Penn boards in New York City.

The campaign expanded globally, with adapted versions for boards in Canada, Indonesia, Brazil and Mexico. We also produced viral out-of-home content that combined stock footage with CG creatures integrated into landmarks around the world, from London Bridge to Sydney Harbour. The result is a striking, shareable spectacle that reimagines Middle-earth for the real world.
